Today, surrounded by her five daughters, who are also involved in preserving this precious heritage, Christine watches over Beauvais with gentleness but determination.

At the top of a hill, facing the valley of Lussas-et-Nontronneau, Beauvais Castle has stood watch for nearly eight centuries. Its history began in the 16th century, when the Du Faure de La Roderie family raised this building on the ruins of an old Templar stronghold. Very quickly, the family, close to Henry of Navarre, earned its letters of nobility through bravery and strategy. ⚔️ Their rise propelled them among the great lineages of the kingdom.
Beauvais becomes a mirror of time. Listed as a historic monument, it has seen centuries pass without losing any of its spirit. 🕰️ An aristocratic residence, a stronghold of lords, a family refuge...
