I’m Naïma, founder of Herborissime, and I invite you to discover my world, my little paradise in the Siagne Valley in Callian. I will show you around this garden where I grow and harvest my medicinal and aromatic plants, flowers, and leaves.
After the day’s picking, we’ll head to the drying room to carefully sort the harvest and dry it according to the rules of the art.
Then we’ll settle in the shade of an oak tree to take the time to talk about the virtues of plants and learn how to make a tisane, while of course tasting it.
Time for hands-on practice: you’ll have a selection of dried plants at your disposal to make your own infusion, one that reflects you, and then leave with your creation.

My name is Naïma, and I created “Herborissime,” a small local herbal shop in Tourrettes, in the Pays de Fayence, to make natural remedies based on medicinal plants more accessible. Trained by IMDERPLAM (Montpellier herbalism school) in natural health in 2020 and passionate about the plant world for over 15 years, I grow and harvest flowers, aromatic and medicinal plants on a small scale in the Siagne Valley in Callian, where I live.
Using my harvests, I make tisanes, macerates, balms, tinctures, and gemmotherapy preparations... The products evolve with the seasons, inspiration, nature, and opportunities. I also trained in Bach flowers in 2025 to support emotional well-being.
I hope these meetings will allow me to share my passion, my world of plants and their benefits, and perhaps inspire you to reconnect with a way of living and a know-how that has been somewhat forgotten, yet is so essential.

Free cancellation if more than 48 hours before the experience starts. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the amount is due. Less than 24 hours before, cancellation is non-refundable.
