My name is Naïma, creator of Herborissime, and I invite you to discover my world, my little paradise in the Siagne valley in Callian. I will show you around this garden where I grow and pick my medicinal and aromatic plants, flowers, and leaves.
After the day’s harvest, we head to the drying room to carefully sort the gathering and lay it out to dry according to the rules of the art.
Then, we will settle in the shade of an oak tree to take the time to talk about the virtues of plants and learn how to make herbal tea while of course tasting it.
Time for hands-on practice: you will have a selection of dried plants at your disposal to create your own infusion, one that reflects you, and then leave with your creation.
A peaceful moment, immersed in nature, with the utmost respect for the place.

My name is Naïma, and I created “Herborissime,” a small local herbal shop in Tourrettes, in the Pays de Fayence, to make natural remedies based on medicinal plants more accessible. Trained by IMDERPLAM (Montpellier School of Herbalism) in natural health in 2020 and passionate about the plant world for over 15 years, I grow and pick flowers, aromatic plants, and medicinal plants on a small scale in the Siagne valley in Callian, where I live.
With my harvests, I make herbal teas, macerates, balms, tinctures, bud extracts... The products evolve with the seasons, inspirations, nature, and opportunities. I also trained in Bach flowers in 2025 to support the emotional aspect.
I hope that through these encounters I can share my passion, my world around plants and their benefits, and perhaps make you want to reconnect with a way of living and a know-how that has been somewhat forgotten, yet is so essential.
