The visit begins in the park, in the shade of the trees. Olivia tells you the story of the bastide, its origins in the 18th century, and then her own journey: taking over the property, the renovation work, and the birth of a project centered on the white fig of Salernes.
You then discover the different areas of the estate: the outdoors, the welcoming spaces, and the workshop where the house specialties are made. Your host explains the harvests, the same-day processing, the successive cookings, and the recipes she has refined over the years.
Finally, the visit concludes with a tasting. Around a friendly table, Olivia invites you to sample several specialties: candied figs, jam, syrup, vinegar, and her fig-based aperitif. A complete experience, from place to flavor.
