Michèle Henning is a craftswoman specializing in straw marquetry. Coming from a family of antique dealers, she grew up in an environment sensitive to objects, materials, and craftsmanship.
After discovering straw marquetry, she trained herself as an autodidact before completing her learning with several workshops in a Paris workshop. Her work highlights the light effects, contrasts, and delicacy unique to this distinctive technique.
The workshops take place at the Reflet de Paille workshop, located in Scy-Chazelles, in Moselle. It is here that Michèle Henning welcomes participants to introduce them to straw marquetry techniques through small-group workshops.
Cancellation policy:
Free cancellation if more than 48 hours before the experience starts. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the amount is due. Less than 24 hours before, cancellation is non-refundable.
