I welcome you to my workshop in Oullins to introduce you to my world: the shaping of clay, of earth that still breathes beneath the fingers.
I work without preliminary sketches, without armature, letting the form emerge from within, slowly, like a poem. Together, we will immerse ourselves in this living material, stoneware, which I have been shaping for over fifteen years.
I will explain how my figures are born, often children, poised between sky and earth, bearers of silence and imagination. You will see works in progress, sculptures fired or awaiting firing, and I will talk to you about the techniques I use, the high-temperature firing, and the grain I choose to preserve.
A sensitive and inspiring visit for anyone who wishes to discover the intimacy of a workshop and the creative path of a sculptress.

I model figures as one writes poems: slowly, patiently, over the days.
My work is figurative, rooted in emotion and feeling. I like forms to emerge from within, without sketches or armatures, respecting the grain and texture of the clay, fired at high temperature.
After a life devoted to art therapy, sculpture became my profession, my silent cry, my way of speaking the world.
Modeling life is my mantra.
The workshop

My workshop is a refuge.
It is a simple space, shaped by years, silence, and earth. Here, everything has its place: the tools aligned, the blocks of still-damp stoneware, the sculptures awaiting completion, the forms in the making. Light enters gently, caressing the volumes, highlighting the gestures, accompanying the silences.
I work in this place as one inhabits an inner landscape. It is neither large nor imposing, but it is deeply alive. It holds the memory of all the figures I have modeled, of children suspended in midair, of gazes turned toward the sky, of instants captured in the grain of the material.
It is a workshop I open with joy to those who wish to discover my world. Here, you will see earth as it is: raw, sensitive, malleable. You may smell the traces of past firings, perhaps hear the quiet breath of a work in progress.
Here, I take my time. And I invite you to do the same.

Free cancellation if more than 48 hours before the experience starts. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the amount is due. Less than 24 hours before, cancellation is non-refundable.
