First 20-minute exchange offered. Research, selection and moodboards are then handled as a dedicated mission.

1.Does Atelier Valentia replace an interior designer?
Atelier Valentia works on curation, selection, aesthetic coherence, artisans, objects and the first purchasing decisions. We do not produce technical plans, carry out works or provide project management. When a project requires it, we can work alongside an architect, interior designer, decorator or project manager.
2.Are objects, creations and pieces included in the prices?
The prices shown correspond to Atelier Valentia’s accompaniment fees. Objects, bespoke creations, purchases, transport, insurance, restoration, installation and other third-party costs are priced and approved separately before any commitment is made.
3.How does a mission begin?
Each request begins with a complimentary 20-minute conversation. If the project falls within our scope, we propose the most suitable mission: intention review, room composition or whole-place composition. The scope, fees and any additional costs are then detailed in a quotation.
4.Do you work only with Valentia partner artisans?
Atelier Valentia first draws on its network of artisans, makers and partners. Depending on the project, we may also recommend external artisans, antique objects, sourced pieces or bespoke creations that suit the place.
5.Can you source antique objects or found pieces?
Yes, when they serve the project. We can include antique objects, found pieces or collectible elements within a selection. However, formal authentication, official valuation or expert assessment of antique furniture should be carried out by a specialist when required.
6.Can you work on an entire house or a complete place?
Yes, through the “Whole-Place Composition” mission. The work is organised by spaces, uses and priorities: entrance, dining room, sitting room, bedrooms, boutique, reception areas or other relevant zones. The quotation specifies the number of spaces included and the level of support provided.
7.Are intention boards and visuals contractual?
Intention boards and visuals are used to guide the aesthetic direction of the project. They are not technical plans, a guarantee of the final result or a contractual promise of execution. Final choices are confirmed at the quotation, purchase or order stage.
8.How does payment work?
Once a mission is approved, a quotation sets out the scope and fees. Payment can be made through a secure payment link. Purchases of pieces, bespoke creations, transport or third-party services are approved separately.
