In the quiet light of her workshop in Seillans, Élise invites you to engrave what does not fade: a beloved face, a self-portrait, a trace.
Over three hours, you will be guided step by step through a sensitive exploration of printmaking. Élise will introduce you to two accessible and expressive techniques: linocut or drypoint on styroglass, a contemporary process of direct incision.
Using simple tools and precise movements, you will bring a printed image to life and create your own hand-printed artwork, using a press or a spoon.
You will leave with your plate and its print, as one carries away a fragment of oneself.

Trained at the Fine Arts school, Élise is guided by the plurality of gestures and materials. She embraces an open approach, informed by drawing, printmaking, and ceramics — attentive to the stories each form can evoke.
Based in Seillans for over a decade, she continues to develop her artistic practice between printmaking, volume, and painting, in constant dialogue with gesture and material. Her works emerge from a motif, a memory, sometimes a vivid sensation.
The workshop becomes a field of exploration on a human scale, where gestures are exchanged simply and without formality.
To pass on knowledge is to invite others to see, to do, to be — with the hands and with the heart.
Just off a quiet lane in Seillans, Élise's workshop opens like a discreet alcove, where time seems suspended.
This is where her prints, ceramics, and drawings take shape. A sober, light-filled creative space where tools sit alongside materials, experiments, and forms in the making.
Part gallery, part workshop, this place is a direct extension of her practice. Her works, notebooks, and inner landscapes are displayed here. It functions like an open-air laboratory, where visitors are invited to discover the gestures and materials that nourish her world.

Un autre atelier avec Élise... encore une belle expérience ! Cette fois libogravure de motifs simples pour les apposer sur du joli papier, des cartes à envoyer et même du tissu le tout avec des encres de différentes couleurs. On repart avec ses créations. Quel bonheur !

Genialissime ! Elise est patiente et très impliquée. Elle propose et n'impose pas! Nous avons fait un atelier cyanotype sur tissu qu'éElise nous a offert au lieu de l'atelier linogravure. Que de créativité !

J'ai fait l'atelier avec mon amie Aline qui nous a inscrites. Que dire sinon bravo à Valentia de faire découvrir de telles pépites et encore merci à Elise pour cet apprentissage unique. Un temps suspendu qu'on n'a pas vu passer d'ailleurs ! Allez-y !
